My daughter was coming back from the Johnson Creek Mall with her elderly grandma, when her car broke down on I94. We live about 35 miles away from the mall, so my husband & I weren't able to rush and help her. We had to depend on the State Patrol to call for a tow truck and they did a great job picking EST!! Ryan arrived very quickly and put my daughter & mom at ease. They knew they were now off the highway and in good hands. Ryan was super nice to them and helped bring both of their anxiety levels down. He went above & beyond to get me pictures of the missing drain plug, which caused the engine to seize/breakdown. I wish we lived closer to EST, because we would definitely use their services again.
